"and the refund took way too long"
the return process was just a hassle. I sent everything back and then felt like I was waiting forever for the refund to show up.

"Customer service was alright"
Customer service was okay overall. They took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but they did end up fixing my order in the end. Not perfect, but it worked out...

"Cute, but the sizing didn’t work for me"
I really wanted this to work because it’s super cute, and I ordered it while sitting on my couch comparing sizes way longer than I probably needed to. But the fit was nothing like the size chart for me. It ended up being way off, so unfortunately I couldn’t really wear it.

I ordered from Shinygal and the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, and my package showed up after the date they originally gave me. The items were fine, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating

"Kind of disappointing, honestly"
I wanted to like this dress, but... yeah, the fabric feels really cheap. I washed it once and it basically started falling apart. Maybe I got a bad one, I don’t know, but it definitely didn’t feel worth the money.
